All ingredients fresh and ground right before packing:
9 LBS WHITE SORGHUM SYRUP
8 OZ MALTODEXTRIN
5 OZ PRIMING SUGAR
4 OZ CENTENNIAL PELLETS
1 PKG DRY ALE BREWING YEAST
Bring water to boil, and primary fermentable sugars, return to boil and achieve hot break.
Add hops and remaining fermentable sugars according to schedule.
Chill wort until appropriate temperature to pitch yeast.
Dry hop after racking to secondary.
