All ingredients fresh and ground right before packing:

5 lbs. American two-row
2.5 lbs. Honey
1.5 oz. cascade 7.5% Alpha
.5 oz. cascade 7.5% Alpha
Nottingham Dry Ale Yeast
5 oz Priming Sugar

Mash in at 120 F for 15 minutes. Raise temp to 153 F for full conversion about 40 min. Mash out at 170 F. Boil for 60 min. add honey and 1.5 oz. cascade at start of boil. Add .5 oz. cascade at last 10 minuets of boil. Pitch yeast at 70 F.
